There is a big problem with service of the hotel that whenever we ask for fresh towel to provide they give excuses with no availablity of fresh towels. Whatever the situation is, the guest of the hotel should not suffer with such excuses.

It is very nice and good place to stay. The atmosphere is very nice and good. It is located beside basant multiplex. Service is brilliant and good staff.You will get free wifi ,free parking ,ac, laundary serices and many more

What impressed us most is the efficiency of the hotel staff. Our luggage was unloaded within seconds, check-in and check-out took almost no time, every little thing we asked for was provided with speed, room service was handled efficiently. The masala tea was superb, complimentary breakfast was adequate and tasteful. But, furniture and fixtures need improvement and we suggest that in-room tea making be provided. In all, a very satisfying experience.

PETHETIC STAFF, Generally everymonth from our OEM,we stayed there since long, They offer free pickup and drop facility,but everytime while drop we face issue,last time fro drop reception person (mr.singh) told me as i am single guest hence we can't drop u,when i started telling them,then why u pick me as alone,still he argue then after few argue he arrange drop,today also same person started arguing...i clearly told them while checkinn that i will required drop,he told ok tomorrow morning approx 7.30be ready... I told ok...today morning at sharp 7.30, i left my room (u can check cctv) i went in resturent and asked them to give me some fruit as i was late, with in 2 mins they give fruits i enetred in lift and came at reception at sharp 7.35, he started making bill,took payment,and when i told arrange drop, he told vehile left.... I was shocked...when i asked him why he didn't inform me if vehicle was left at 7.30, he started arguing, and trying to defend his mistake, then after lot of argument he call one auto, and tell me to go with him, i clearly asked him,would i suppoaed to pay him, he told (without any sharam),as he is besharam) yes, then i asked him to connect his senior or hotel owner... He started avoiding same....then i click his picture and told him, i will post review, then he call one person and told him to drop me by motorcycle...i was in hurry as train time was also happening, so accepted same...but again unfortunately in mid way i faced accident,..although there was no mistake from driving person, but this could also be turned in to major accident....only because of irr responsible staff, if any guest is saying in advance that i need drop, this is his/reception basic responsibility to inform guest by calling in advance or few mins earlier that... Yes now vehicle will left in this much time....in future i will make sure no one from our organisation should stay there...PETHETIC HOTEL, also few other points They didn't provide complimentary water,rooms smells cleaning is also not good...DON'T STAY....
